EfficientLab

EfficientLab is a provider of internet monitoring software that helps in employee monitoring and internet usage tracking. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

EfficientLab is based in Bronx, New York. You can read more at workexaminer.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used EfficientLab? Rate it.
