Sapper

Sapper provides easy to automate processes, experiences, and solutions to help them adapt to today's digital age. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Professional Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Sapper is based in Menlo Park, California. Their site is sapper.ai.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Sapper well, your review carries weight here.
