BikeTrak

BikeTrak is a GPS device paired with a mobile app creating a system for bicycle theft detection and activity tracking. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Automotive, Hardware, Mobile, Recycling and Security. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

BikeTrak is based in Portland, Oregon. You can read more at biketrak.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
