Facilis Technology

Facilis Technology is a manufacturing company that provides shared storage servers, along with management software and backup service. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Data Services and Manufacturing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Facilis Technology is based in Hudson, Massachusetts. More on facilis.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Facilis Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
