Radisys

RadiSys is a leading provider of innovative hardware and software platforms for next generation IP-based wireless, wireline and video. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware, Telecommunications and Wireless. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Radisys is based in Hillsboro, Oregon and founded in 1987. You can read more at radisys.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Radisys, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
