Soft o Soft

Soft o Soft is a it services and consulting company. A professional software development company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Soft o Soft is based in Schaumburg, Illinois and founded in 1998. More on softosoft.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Soft o Soft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
