Compliance Xpressware

Compliance Xpressware is a builder of software products for structured SEC EDGAR filings. In practice that means running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

Who is it for? Mostly developers and businesses of every size. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Compliance Xpressware is based in Sunnyvale, California and around since 2011. Their site is cxware.com.

Our checklist for this category: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Compliance Xpressware, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
