flux

Flux offers a software solution that enables its users to integrate workflow. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. They also list File Sharing and Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

flux is based in Boulder, Colorado and founded in 2000. More on flux.ly.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
