Dronifi

Dronifi is a it services and consulting company. Software platform / ecosystem for commercial drone flight service providers and enterprise companies. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Drones and Robotics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Dronifi is based in Westlake Village, California. You can read more at dronifi.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
