Guardian Tracking

Guardian Tracking is a software company that creates personnel management software that allows businesses to be able to easily track. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Guardian Tracking is based in Anderson, Indiana. Their site is guardiantracking.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
