Noventus Solutions

Noventus Solutions is an IT company providing enterprise resource planning platforms, applications, and software implementation services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Noventus Solutions is based in Walnut Creek, California. You can read more at noventussolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
