Group 47

Group 47 was formed for the primary purpose of making available the technology and patents that form the basis of a digital storage. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Hardware. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Group 47 is based in Woodland Hills, California. You can read more at group47.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Group 47 well, your review carries weight here.
