MinecraftEdu

MinecraftEdu provides products and services that make it easy for educators to use Minecraft in the classroom. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Related areas on their profile: E-Learning, Education, Edutainment, Gaming and Manufacturing. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MinecraftEdu is based in New York, New York. More on education.minecraft.net.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with MinecraftEdu, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
