40GRID

40GRID is a developer of pest control software designed to compel customers to weave pest control into everyday life. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

40GRID is based in Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts. Their site is 40grid.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with 40GRID, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
