WinWire Technologies

WinWire Technologies is a technology and consulting company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

WinWire Technologies is based in Santa Clara, California and around since 2006. More on winwire.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with WinWire Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
