Altech Services

altechts is a diversified national service organization providing field services for the railroad, commuter rail, and IT industries. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Railroad and Transportation. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Altech Services is based in Fairfield, New Jersey and around since 1990. You can read more at altechts.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Altech Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
