Authentic

Authentic enables services businesses to automated manual workflows at scale. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Field Support, Generative AI, Heating, Ventilation and and Air Conditioning (HVAC). They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Authentic is based in New York, New York. You can read more at heyauthentic.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
