Servant Systems

Servant Systems develop software for the franchising industry. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Servant Systems is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan and founded in 1990. Their site is servantsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Servant Systems? Rate it.
