Synergy Software Solutions

Synergy Software Solutions is a system integration firm that deals with software development, ERP, database management and consultation. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Synergy Software Solutions is based in Jacksonville, Florida and founded in 2001. Their site is synergyssi.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
