KNS IT Group

KNS IT Group provides IT consulting, software development, IT infrastructure, and cloud implementation services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Infrastructure. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

KNS IT Group is based in Austin, Texas. More on knsitgroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
