Alphident Technologies

Alphident Technologies offers big data, IT consulting, project management, quality assurance, app and software development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Big Data and Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Alphident Technologies is based in Baltimore, Maryland and around since 2014. Their site is alphidenttech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
