DSPTCH is the most used SAAS Climate Tech Field Service Management App in Energy. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Asset Management, Clean Energy, Compliance, FinTech and Marketplace, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
