Merit Finder

Merit Finder is a technology company that offers an online platform for job matching and career assessments. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Merit Finder is based in San Leandro, California. You can read more at meritfinder.com.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
