DataQuest Systems

DataQuest Systems provides IT support, project management, data services, and software implementation solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Data Integration and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

DataQuest Systems is based in League City, Texas. Their site is dataquestsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with DataQuest Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
