ABRA Collabra

Abra Collabra was formed in 1997 to provide collaborative computing and communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Network Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

ABRA Collabra is based in Oceanside, California. More on abracollabra.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
