Business Informatics

Business Informatics is the one-stop-shop for business software, networking, development, web hosting, and technical support. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Business Informatics is based in Decatur, Indiana. You can read more at businessn4matics.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Business Informatics, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
