Implementation Specialists

Implementation Specialists is a consulting firm specializing in programming, project management, software and technical consulting. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Project Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Implementation Specialists is based in Hawley, Minnesota. More on iscorp.biz.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Implementation Specialists, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
