CBM Business Machines

CBM Business Machines offers a wide range of copiers, printers, servers, computers, software and hardware solutions. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Hardware and Network Security. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CBM Business Machines is based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Their site is gocbm.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
