BDCC Global

BDCC Global is a leading research company where we list the top DevOps service providers around the globe. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list DevOps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BDCC Global is based in Sunnyvale, California. You can read more at bdccglobal.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with BDCC Global, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
