berkone

BerkOne is an information technology company offering business process automation, it, and security solutions. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Business Process Automation (BPA), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

berkone is based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and founded in 1936. You can read more at berkone.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with berkone, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
