Lincolnwood Library

Lincolnwood Library is an organization that provides books, movies, and events services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Education and Events, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Lincolnwood Library is based in Lincolnwood, Illinois and around since 1978. Their site is lincolnwoodlibrary.org.
