MTech

MTech is a it services and consulting company. Technology consulting firm specializing in medical and dental technology. Technology is changing the way we live, work, and play. In both. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Dental, Image Recognition and Medical. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MTech is based in Magnolia, Mississippi and around since 2010. Their site is mtechsolution.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
