BeardBytes

BeardBytes provides IT solutions and data analytics as well as digital signage, cybersecurity, telephony, and managed IT services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Analytics, Cyber Security, Digital Signage, IT Management and VoIP, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BeardBytes is based in San Antonio, Texas and founded in 2014. You can read more at beardbytes.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with BeardBytes, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
