Xtremesoft

A leading supplier of application monitoring solutions for software development and IT professionals. That is the short version of Xtremesoft. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Xtremesoft is based in Woburn, Massachusetts and founded in 1998. More on xtremesoft.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
