Enwhorl

Enwhorl is a global technology and consulting firm that specializes in data analytics, mobile app, software development, and product design. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics, Consulting and Product Design. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Enwhorl is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. More on enwhorl.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
