Geocodify

Geocodify provides a location-based geocoding API and a spatial database API for web and mobile applications. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Geospatial, Location Based Services, Mapping Services and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Geocodify is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and around since 2012. More on geocodify.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
