ClearVision Technologies

ClearVision Technologies offers custom report card software and consulting services for educational institutions. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Document Management and Document Preparation. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ClearVision Technologies is based in Rancho Cucamonga, California. You can read more at clearvisiontech.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with ClearVision Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
