Endeca

Endeca is a software company that sells e-commerce search, customer experience management, enterprise search and business intelligence apps. The job it does: running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. Related areas on their profile: E-Commerce and Search Engine. As a very large product team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Endeca is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts and around since 1999. You can read more at endeca.com.
