Accenz

Accenz is a computer systems design, and related services industry firm. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Data Services, Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Machine Learning. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Accenz is based in Troy, Michigan and founded in 2011. Their site is accenz.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
