CenterSoft Technologies

CenterSoft Technologies provides IT leadership consulting, digital innovation, and transformation solutions. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Innovation Management, IT Management and Management Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CenterSoft Technologies is based in Vero Beach, Florida. Their site is centersoft.net.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know CenterSoft Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
