Gigmark

Gigmark is a custom software firm delivering content distribution and information management solutions to the marketplace. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Gigmark is based in Knoxville, Tennessee. You can read more at gigmark.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
