designDATA

designDATA is a IT services company that offers technology support, consulting, cloud, and datacenter services to SMEs. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Legal, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

designDATA is based in Gaithersburg, Maryland and around since 1979. Their site is designdata.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know designDATA well, your review carries weight here.
