Mantis Technology

Mantis Technology is an IT service provider that offers managed IT, Wi-Fi health check, web security and managed phone system services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, IT Management and Network Security. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mantis Technology is based in Douglas, Georgia. More on mantis.im.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
