Show & Tour

Here is Show & Tour in plain terms. Show&Tour provides software solutions for real estate photographers, streamlining media delivery, property website creation, and invoicing. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Photography and Real Estate. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Show & Tour is based in Kansas City, Missouri. Their site is showandtour.com.

Things worth asking about: online payments, screening, and accounting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Show & Tour, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
