Macaw

Macaw is a web design tool that enables users to write semantic HTML and succinct CSS code. Put simply, it is about designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Related areas on their profile: Web Design and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
