Singular Grape

Singular Grape is an IT company that delivers a complete range of telecom, IT hardware, and software solutions to businesses of all sizes. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Singular Grape is based in Orlando, Florida. More on singulargrape.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
