PlanData Systems Corp.

Plandata is the provider of space documentation services and software for real estate and building services companies. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PlanData Systems Corp. is based in Huntington, New York. Their site is plandata.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with PlanData Systems Corp., tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
