Accucom Consulting

Accucom Consulting provides IT infrastructure, cloud hosting, security, data backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, Consulting, Information Services and IT Infrastructure. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Accucom Consulting is based in Westport, Connecticut. Their site is accucomci.com.
