DocuPost

DocuPost enables sending physical mail from a desktop with print, stamp, and send services, integrating with Google Docs. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Developer APIs and Online Portals. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

DocuPost is based in Waterloo, Iowa. You can read more at docupost.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know DocuPost well, your review carries weight here.
