Synaptic Aviation

Synaptic Aviation is a technology company that provides airports, MRO, and ground support solutions. In practice that means building AI products and features, often for other companies.

The natural audience is companies adding AI to a product. They also list Air Transportation and Artificial Intelligence (AI), so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Synaptic Aviation is based in Miami, Florida. You can read more at synapticaviation.com.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Synaptic Aviation, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
